We always draw programs to fit into the Public Policy document by the Government of Ghana, also in consonance with our International Development Partners such as More and Better, World Trade Organization, Food and Agriculture Organization, Swedish International Development Agency etc. We are also accredited Member of the More and Better Organization, Rome-Italy, our proud supporters in training young entrepreneurs in Ghana.

There are plans and efforts towards food sovereignty, unemployment, fight hunger and poverty especially in Ghana and Africa. Here are some of the core activities of the Federation; Youth mentoring, Empowerment and Development, Entrepreneurial Skills Development Training, Counselling, Investment guidance and Project Finance. Business Start-up guidance and Skills/Knowledge sharing, Train the Trainer Training programs. Agricultural Services Training (Aquaculture, Poultry Farming, Animal Rearing, Cocoa, Coffee, Cashew, Sugarcane etc.) Farming, FEDGHA farms - solely for the Federation of Entrepreneurs, Ghana mainly in the cultivation of Maize, Cassava.
